For the past 7 to 8 years we have had our shower flower cleaned and restored. But it never worked. We still have mold, and grout lifting on the floor. This time I was determined to find the best. And Jay is the best. He talked to us, and made us understand what was happening with our shower floor. He gave us what I thought was a fair estimate. And after interviewing two other contractors I knew that Jay was the man we wanted for the job. He did not over sell us, or upsell us. He was just honest. I trusted him enough to say, let's not patch the floor anymore, let's replace the floor. He took the time to tell us all that would be involved and the time it would take. "Luis Mercado was very meticulous and professional. He was very neat and tidy and cleaned up very thoroughly when the repair was completed. The repair took the whole day. the result is that where there was a pronounced crack on my granite countertop in front of the sink, it is now fixed and the crack does not show at all! I know that it is there I can see the repair but it is well repaired and polished so imperceptible by someone who doesn't know about the problem. Luis also cleaned and polished the opposite counter. The cost was reasonable and offered a very viable option to changing both counters which would have cost a lot more money.
