"Steve Norfolk and his crew dug down to the footing and applied the waterproof material a section at a time.  The original plan was to dig the entire area first and then apply the waterproof material all at the same time.  However daily torrential rains turned the area into a sea of mud, so he decided to do it a section at a time to minimize problems associated with the rain.  He had to break up a concrete slab (porch) for 1/2 the front, and approximately 25 feet of driveway next to the house.  Progress was slow due to the rain and mud, but Steve steadfastly pursued the completion of the job despite the setbacks.  Although justifiably discouraged by the rain and lack of progress, he exhibited a positive "can do" attitude and kept at it.  The finished product was professionally done.  Backfill and all concrete were properly completed, and grass seed applied.  Steve is a conscientious professional who knows his business and can be relied upon to do the work he says he will accomplish.  I would use him again in a heartbeat.

"It went wonderfully. The workers were professional and nice. They cleaned my yard every day when they finished working. I had a crumbling retaining wall. But to get to the wall they had to take down an 100 foot vinyl fence. Besides that, my neighbors shed is 3 inches from my property line. They could not bring in any machinery. They dug everything by hand. I was amazed how well they worked together. It really was like an assembly line. They worked fast and good. It took them only 3 1/2 days to finish the project. "Hired them in April 2019 to level and reseal patio pavers with polymeric sand. Job looked okay at first, but shortly several voids starting showing in the sand and some pavers started to settle, which is not unusual or unexpected. Sent them pictures at their request and they said they would return and repair the problem areas. I marked the voids and uneven areas with tape to make it easy for them to locate the voids. I also asked that they call to schedule the repair so that I could be there. After over 2 months of inquiries and waiting, someone showed up when we weren't home and did the repairs. Some additional voids have since appeared. If they had come when I was home as requested, I would have simply asked for them to leave a little poly sand so I could fix an additional settling without having to bother them."
