Drainage work can be messy and they were incredibly respectful of my yard and kept the site clean every day. They took the time to explain the work and exactly where the drainage points would be. They didn't just throw gravel in a trench; they engineered a real solution. If you want the job done right, hire these guys! Great communication and the crew was very hardworking, professional and did excellent work - such a pleasure which is not common these days. "I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company.
