They are a locally owned and operated business. When you hire this company to provide services, you are dealing directly with the owner, not someone on the other end of the phone that is located in a corporate office somewhere. The owner, Mr. Galope, came out to meet with me to determine what services I needed. The monthly pest and mosquito control is very reasonable. I highly recommend this company."

"It went well. They responded promptly to my request for service. Initial inspection of the attic, they believed we had squirrels and a huge birds' nest. They then closed/screened off all entry points. However, once I reported actually seeing a raccoon in the yard, they put out traps and a camera. The raccoon avoided the traps but Mike's Pest Control was persistent, regularly checking the traps and trying different baits. They didn't stop their attempts until the raccoon was caught. If I have any other incidents like this one, I will use them again."
