"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. "Great- the crew worked quickly, and laid down tarps in our hallways so as not to track in any dirt/ mud/ concrete. They were courteous and did an expert job on our crawl space. It’s bone dry, clean, and can now be used for storage without fear of our belongings being damaged by moisture. We also have no worries about mold (we have a young child and our family room is in our lower level). We are having them come back out to repair a foundation crack- their pricing was the best we were quoted. Jason has been a big help! Easy scheduling, too. Highly recommend!"

"We sorely need to replace our busted up asphalt driveway.  A search on this site pointed me to Mendoza Concrete.  <br /> Susan Mendoza, runs the office.  She sounds like the happiest person ever.  I told he what we need and she said she will send him out that day.  <br /> Mr. Mendoza arrived within 2 hours.  He is the type of guy who looks you in the eye and gives you the straight answers. We agreed on a price and he set it all in motion. Within days, weather permitting he and his crew showed up On Monday - 8 AM.  By 5:30 PM, the driveway was poured (12 yards), broomed and sealed.  This crew of hardworking guys were amazing to watch.  They all worked together without talking.  Each knew what needed to be done and jumped on this job like so many ants on a candy bar.  <br /> 7 AM , Tuesday, Mr. Mendoza arrived to make the relief cuts in the concrete.  He and his crew replaced the grass and landscape along the new drive.  They used a power blower, raked and cleaned up the area.  We were left with a most professional looking driveway. <br /> <br />"

"The surface of the concrete looks good, but that's about the only plus I can give. I requested that the curb match what is currently installed up and down the block. I even pointed to the neighbors curb and driveway across the street and said to match that. What they put in doesn't match and now leaves a notched out section of asphalt in the street where their curb sticks out further. When I complained about it, the guy had the nerve to say if it was in front of his house that's how he would like it. (personally I couldn't care less what he wants in front if his house). Then about six months later I found that the base under the concrete in front of the garage wasn't deep enough and the water from the roof got under the concrete, froze, lifted the slab and inch above the floor of the garage... and then cracked. They said all they could do is fix the crack. Which is useless unless they tear it out and fix the base so the water has someplace to go."
