"After Hurricane Beryl, we contacted Angi list seeking a contractor to tear down all of the siding and install new siding. Andy and his workers were professional and did a great job. They also did a clean up as well. Any concerns I had, Andy addressed it."

"They did an amazing job replacing some rotted exterior trim around the house. Would recommend and will use again."

"They did a great job! They tore off the old porch and built a new bigger one. Looks better than I expected! So pleased! I highly recommend!"

"Approximately 7-9 months ago we got an estimate so we knew how much money we needed for the siding to be installed. We got the money and I couldn't remember who gave us the quote, but when I called Mr. S Roofing and Siding, He remembered us and honored the quote from before. How cool is that in this day and age. I was about to go with him when another contractor offered to do it for less. So unfortunately I did not go with him on this, but I will use him on my next project. Joey Simpson has honor and integrity. I feel terrible that I chose someone else just for money, so i wanted to leave this review to help them. Thanks Joey And Connie!"

"Company stayed in touch and advised of progress daily. Made sure all areas that had rotted trim were addressed and house looks terrific."

"Sunlite replaced my roofs in Katy and Galveston. They also replaced my siding, fascia, and soffits. They painted the exterior of my Katy home. They installed my back door. They’ve done a phenomenal job! The owner is a great communicator and trustworthy. I’d keep using them."

"Our house is 63 years old and had the original aluminum windows from 1956. After several bids we decided to go with Marty and Guardian Windows. The quality of the window compared to other companies seemed to be better. The installation crew (Fernando, Matt, Jim and Darrell) showed up on a Thursday, two and a half days later they had replaced our 25 windows. These guys were very professional and hard working individuals. Every rough opening provided a challenge for trimming out based on the age of the home plus the difference in the window width of the old windows versus the new. It was amazing the job they did and how "new" it makes our home look. We've had many compliments so far. I noticed one small blemish in a pane plus they actually found a "small" scatch in another but Fernando immediately contacted the window manufacturer and replacements will arrive with a few weeks. I would strongly recommend this company for any window replacement needs you have. Thanks again"

"In and out in a day with no fuss. Pretty simple, pain free process and one of their standard colors basically matched the existing trim perfectly."

"Mike, the owner, was very nice to work with, although I did not see him again after the initial plans were made.  We had a frustrating delay in getting approval from our HOA to do the work, but Mike kept in touch the whole time and had a crew ready to go as soon as we received approval.  The work crew showed up very promptly each day and were very neat throughout the job, and did not hesitate to ask me questions about what I wanted.  After they left I discovered that they did not finish painting one of the posts on the back porch and some of the gray paint used on the siding had splattered on one of the front porch rails, but I am hoping they will come back to correct that.  The job cost more than I was hoping since my neighbor with a similar house had hers painted a year ago for half the price.  I bought the Exterior $1299 deal from Angie's list, but it was explained to me that my house would cost more because of all the trim.  So, it would  have to be a pretty small house to fit the $1299 deal, since two of our exterior walls are all brick and did not need paint, and it is only a 1785 sq.ft. house.  Having said all this, I would definitely hire them again as I am very pleased with the overall work on the house and the way it looks brand new!
