"I got an estimate and accepted 10/07/2019. Roof was not leaking, but was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. Job started 1/31/2020. Roof is composite single and flat with white modified bitumen. Two 18" dormer vents were added to the single roof. Work was completed 2/7/2020. all trash and debris wa removed and area was left clean.I wa pleased with the result"

"Had the team from Chandler out after we discovered a water leak during the big series of storms in November. They were able to have Brady come out and take a look in a week, which was great given that I'm sure they were flooded with calls. Brady put together a plan of action to fix the leak, and when it came time for the work to start, they quickly realized that the under layment on our clay tile roof was not consistent throughout the roof as anticipated. Brady immediately called me to keep me in the loop as well as provide his recommendations on the best course of action. The communication and honesty was up front throughout which is certainly something we appreciated. The partial re-roof that we opted for was completed within a week - a far cry from the 5+ weeks that our neighbors experienced with some other company. Brady took the time to explain the materials that were used in the process, as well as they type of under layment options and warranty. After another four days of rain in February, everything looks good and we are dry! Overall very satisfied with their job. While I'm sure there are slightly cheaper roofing contractors out there, I think the overall balancing of price vs quality certainly favors Chandler."

"The first guy came over and took pictures on an ipad and gave an estimate. I have tile on the first portion of the roof and then the rest is a graded flat roof. He entered the roof from the front meaning he walked on the tiles. After the repairs we completed, we had another big storm and the roof leaked where the tiles were. I later learned you are not supposed to walk on tile. I think he may have disturbed something causing the new leak. He was professional and explained all of the costs, showed me photos. The actual repair person came while I was at work and did the repairs. He sent pictures of all of the completed work. The leak that I called for repair was repaired and never leaked again. He cleaned up the roof as well. I was happy with this. I tried contacting them again but never received a reply. Overall, they got the job done but I believe more care should be taken on a tile roof. I think they should be more responsive to emails because I would have used them again. They were responsive to the initial scheduling and consultation but after that, I could not get a reply."

"I've just bought a house that had very old worn-out shingles (two layers of asphalt shingles) that had been installed directly onto the original wood shake roof which is an improper and problem-prone installation. So it necessitated tearing the entire thing off and putting down new plywood and everything. I went with Preferred Roofing and I had a wonderful experience! The roof is large and of medium steepness, but not terribly complicated; however there was also the wrinkle that the (very old) compressor unit for the central AC system was propped on stilts on the roof, and I was also having an AC company do a total overhaul of that system - the owner of Preferred Roofing David Paine worked well with the AC company to have them disconnect the old unit, had his guys remove it, and worked with them to get a proper pedestal installed and roofed in ready to go for the new unit. Everyone was on top of quality, they found and folded into their work replacing some rotted wood around the eaves that had been caught in the inspections - I'd totally forgot to tell them about it but they caught it anyway. They also cleaned up after themselves very well, the yard and everything didn't get horribly dirty like I was half expecting. Overall I had a very good experience and the new roof looks great. It wasn't the cheapest bid I got but I think very good for the quality I received!"
