"We received estimates from 3 different contractors for our soffit and fascia which was totally outdated. 1) Not only did Ryan Renovations offered the best estimate but also provided the best coverage for the entire project. 2) Ryan was very thorough and explained all the work needed as we went around the house while he was taking measurements. 3) The crew was very professional. They worked tirelessly in the cold February. They cleaned after each day that they finished. The workmanship was top notched. 4) A few weeks after the work was completed, we called for a minor issue that we noticed due to the weather conditions. Ryan responded immediately to my call. Located in downtown La Salle, Illinois, AMS 360 was originally established in 2003 as a sole proprietorship under the name Advanced Management Services (AMS) and was originally a “one man show” offering a variety of handyman, miscellaneous concierge, shuttle and property management services. Over time, the focus became more on minor repairs, construction, property and shuttle services so the company became Advanced Management Services of Illinois, LLC in 2015. Evolution and growth of the business led to marketplace confusion over the business name so after much discussion, in late 2018, the owners rebranded the company to AMS 360 Building Services, LLC (AMS 360) to better explain the services offered. The company decided to no longer offer transportation services and solely focus on the primary function of construction and property services. We’re a fully insured, licensed and bonded general contractor offering in-house and subcontracted property services and construction and remodeling services. We’ll help you with jobs as small as changing a doorknob all the way up to building your dream home. All of our employees are skilled, background checked and drug screened and all subs are required to have their own insurance coverage to ensure an additional layer of protection for you. "It went perfectly. I called and spoke to the office immediately. They came out the next day on a Sunday prepared to give an estimate and complete the job. Everything is done. They performed quality work with quality products, very professional, clean-cut, honest, efficient, fair price. We are very happy and highly recommend them."

"Installed roof on new construction home. 1 yr later several problems and signs of leaking. The roof has many low nails, some very low nails and some of those are blown all the way through. There are shingles missing right at the valley and have been missing for a while, the felt is not black at all anymore. There are probably 40 holes through the shingles where the siding installers nailed their pump jacks through the roof. There is a snow valley on the west side of the home where the valley is backwards allowing water to run underneath the snow valley. There are several face nails throughout the roof that were never sealed. There are a few face nails that serve no purpose where someone may have shot a nail gun on accident and did not replace the shingle. Overall the roof has many areas that need addressed. Contractor not taking responsibility. Would NEVER recommend!!"

"This was residential however I could not find residential kitchen remodel on your list. I contacted the company several years ago when these things started to occur the laminate peeling away from the cabinets the cracks in the laminate starting to curl. I was told when somebody will get back with you. We don?t do that anymore. However, $15,000 should?ve covered something on a lifetime warranty. They did the job twice initially because they did such a bad job with the first install installation. Very clearly, I?ve gotten no response from the company they act like they don?t know who I am. And they?ve done that since the second installation. "
