"George went above and beyond! He repaired all of the siding on our chimney, replaced a gutter and soffit, caulked and painted, and replaced other pieces of siding around the house. George started work quickly after the deposit was paid. He was sure to leave his equipment and supplies tidied up overnight and always cleaned up after working each day. He even painted areas of the house that I had previously gotten deck stain on (without even telling us). We highly recommend Yep construction!"

"I hired MHI to replace my siding since the existing siding was incorrectly installed. Pros: The subcontractors did an excellent job. They showed attention to detail, were professional and respectable. The material was good quality and they cleaned up everyday after work. The house looks great. There was a small hiccup with a nail in my electric wire to my HVAC but the company fixed this immediately and promised to cover the cost of the electrician. They offer a lien waiver and flexible payment plans. Cons: The cost was high and the salesman was a bit pushy. I knew I needed to get the project done since I had already lost several pieces of siding in a storm and another contractor unrelated with MHI had recommended I do a complete replacement. However, I felt rushed to accept the proposal on the spot which gave me a bit of buyers remorse the next day. Perhaps the company should change their sales tactics so that customers do not feel so rushed."

"On the first phone call to the company, Olivia came out the next day and did the estimate and in my case wanted it done soon. We scheduled the project in less than a weeks time, The crew came promptly in the morning and spent about six hours completing the job. Jose had relocated a couple of the drain spouts differently that accents the house better. I few days later we had a heavy rainfall and I was singing out of the rain so to speak. "Workers showed up when supposed to and were very professional. Tore off old roof, replaced compromised decking and facia, and replaced with new roofing. This is the second job I have used TCS for, the other being gutter replacement. The two jobs done by TCS are the best experiences I have ever had with having home repair work done. I don't think I am unreasonably hard to please, but I do expect companies to show up when they say, answer or return phone calls or text in a timely manner (which is great with TCS!), clean up after themselves and do a quality job and stand behind their work.
