"Superb service and quality door. This was the 2nd company I had come do an estimate. The owner or manager on the phone pointed me to their on-line catalogue and scheduled an estimate. They came promptly (that evening). The representative was professional and answered all of my questions. I ordered the door and expected a much longer wait for it to be manufactured since I chose a wood-tone look. The door arrived in 3 weeks (instead of predicted 6) while others were up to 3 months. The crew arrived early and got it installed in a couple hours - on a Friday. This included all the door parts - new rails, rollers, door. "Wes and his crew have worked with us before (May 2016 - see prior review ) so our expectations were high based on the prior high-quality experience. They exceeded our high expectations in terms of quality and time to get the job done. His description of his company states 'we build your dreams' and this could not be more accurate. We thought about this space for quite some time and had very specific requests about building materials (we wanted Ipe hardwood and particular stones and particular lights and a particular avocado tree!). He took our poorly drawn sketch and turned it into our dream side yard. Turned out as we expected only the color of the wood really pops and looks amazing against the rock. As with the last job, he pays attention to all of the unseen structural details - the stepping stones are all cemented in and level, the planters - while appearing to be above ground - are all anchored and level. This team really does pay attention to detail and doesn't just throw things together. I have to say - I did not even bother getting a competing bid because our prior experience with Wes was so great and we are so happy with the quality of the work. We'll have him out one more time for a final project we have planned in a year or two - have to dream it up! I told Wes he is always welcome to use our yard as a 'reference' - it is a dream come true space."
