What stood out most was his honesty. He explained that a torch-down roof, which other companies were pushing, wouldn’t last and would likely start leaking in just a few years. He even advised me to place my AC unit on a metal platform when the new roof is installed, as the current wooden one I have is not up to code—something no other inspector had mentioned. He fixed everything much better than I expected at a reasonable price. When it comes for a new roof or an additional roof repair he will be the only company that I will call.
