The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. "Jose is one of the most knowledgeable repairmen I have met. He was upfront with what needed to happen to fix the ice maker and the attendant problems it caused the refrigerator. He answered all questions straight forward and didn't promise "the moon" if he got the job. He was on time, stated his price up front, told us what was involved, made a promise to complete the job ASAP and followed through. The refrigerator now works better, the ice machine produces ice, we have had no freeze ups since, and the work is warranted for ninety days. My wife and I agree that he is a superlative repair man. If we need other repairs for appliances, Jose is the first person I will call. He is worth it"

Paul was on-site for two of the three days and walked us through the entire process before starting so we could fully prepare for the repair (which pretty much took away the use of our kitchen and master bath). Paul's personnel were also very professional and courteous, ensuring that they cleaned up at the end of each day and explaining what work was slated for the next day. Now that the project is complete we cannot tell that any repairs were actually done - which is the optimal outcome for this type of repair."

"This is my 2nd time to utilize Tasco Air Conditioning services. The first time was a season system check promo. But this time I had  an actual issue for them to address.  It can be hard to get ahold of someone right away after hours, but if you leave a message Lane is great about getting back to you ASAP.  Moses and Josh were my technicians for this event. They both were very professional and very thoughtful of the their workspace and my home.  They kept everything clean and quickly troubleshooted the issue. It was a capacitor failure along with a faulty panel breaker.  My only complaint was I felt that the price of the capacitor was a bit much, considering that I can get it from Lowes or THD for about 10% of what I was charged. But I am not qualified to tinker with my A/C. Labor costs I feel are very competitive to other HVAC companies. So if you balance it all out, the pricing is good and very fair. 

Once thing I will mention is that both Moses and Josh were great about explaining what they were doing and why and explained the invoice. Very friendly guys who genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. I appreciated that. You just do see that much anymore.
