"The whole process with Natural Stone Design was easy and professional. I am a commercial contractor, so there are some things that I look for when dealing with companies. At the top of the list is a clear understanding of cost structure. I recognize that companies need to make money I and I am not one to try and dicker over the cost of everything. Natural Stone is as transparent as possible. They will tell you right up front what there costs are for each level of granite. They then send you to their wholesaler where you will know the cost of the counters before you leave the wholesaler.
