"We hired Topaz Remodeling and Yoni for a home addition to create a bigger living room and extra bedroom. The project involved framing, roofing, and major structural work - and Yoni handled it like a pro. He stayed on top of scheduling, inspections, und kept us updated every step of the way. The new space blends seamlessly with our original house. We are beyond happy with the results!"

"I recommend Dennis (Harmon & Harmon) in the strongest terms for a renovation, upgrade, or any other construction in your home. I hired Harmon & Harmon for some upgrades/repairs in a home I recently bought, including a major renovation of my attic (dark, unfinished space, bare studs) to be a fully finished room. Dennis saw the potential of the attic (which was huge & very open). Now fully finished, the attic has a beautiful composite wood-grain floor, finished walls, recessed lighting, full climate control with a mini-split, and he was even able to add a window with a view to the water. It is a huge room that now functions as a TV room for the kids with a big sectional couch, one corner is an extra closet/storage nook for my wife, & the gabled window area has table & chairs for reading and enjoying the view. Best thing about Dennis... 100% follow-through, 100% satisfaction. If I had an issue, he fixed it, period. Outstanding professionalism from start to finish. A+, 10/10!"

"I was referred to them by a friend I have my usual company I would normally call, but I loved this company’s job so much I am sticking with them. My bathroom vinyl looks spectacular. I got sheet vinyl put in a 100 sq foot bathroom! Everything was meticulously done. I would recommend J&F Gencon 100%"

"I needed a total renovation of my house, and after 4 bids from Home Advisor, I selected Capital City Construction. I liked their professionalism, they looked carefully at each room that needed to be done, took measurements, and asked questions, gave tips when I was unsure. They were very thorough. The completion of the interior: new windows, sliding door, front door, new paint, new carpet, new flooring, new closets, new bathroom, new kitchen, and exterior painting of the house and garage is AMAZING! I am impressed with their work, efficiency, promptness, as well as being reasonable priced. I highly recommend Jesse and Jeremy, they are easy to work with."

"AMAZING design ideas I never would?ve thought of! Incredibly easy to work with, great communication, kind but also very straight forward which is refreshing in today?s world."

"As a member of my condo board we had such a difficult time finding a trustworthy and professional roofing company. We sat with multiple companies only to be left feeling more confused and frustrated by each of them, until we had the pleasure of meeting Elijah team at Near Me Roofing Company. They were so professional and prepared for all our questions and concerns, but what really impressed us was that they held to their word, on time tables, budgeting and most important the quality of work. I would Highly recommend this company."

"Ari promised us to complete our project (which included kitchen, guest bath, master bath, laundry room and deck) in 6 weeks. They were done early and we're very pleased with the results. The crew was here almost every day, working on the project. We had a major water issue that soaked the carpet in the master bedroom and Ari was quick to assure us they would replace the flooring in the bedroom. Any issues they encountered were taken care of with no additional cost over what we were quoted up front. Cabinets and countertops are GORGEOUS! Very, very pleased with the custom pantry they had built for my kitchen! Our only negative was the language issue as most of the crew didn't speak English. But we were able to communicate well enough to accomplish what was needed. We would use Finecraft again if we do any further remodeling. Pictures attached."

"North West Builders and Renovation helped turned my Kitchen into the dream kitchen I have always wanted. They were quick to answer, listened and helped me with everything. They did the clearing out of the old cupboards and flooring and used my idea to give our family a masterpiece. I recommend them for any renovations, they did an excellent job."

"Chris owner of his family construction firm was a great person and great help throughout the entire process which proved to be much more extensive than originally thought. Chris made sure that proper procedures were being followed and we understood each step of the way what was needed and costs involved. I felt very comfortable working with Chris because you could sense he was a good person and really cared about his work and company. I highly recommend Koi construction for any of your homes needs. They do all kinds of work and do it well. My over all sense was these were good people and were cost conscience."
