"I called Alamo Garage Doors to fix my garage door, which had stopped working. The team arrived quickly, replaced the old, worn-out spring within minutes, and also inspected the cables and rollers. The service was professional and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone needing garage door repairs!"

"Called for repair my Genie's garage door opener that could not close. They came by quick and determined that circuit board was gone bad and need to be replaced by a new opener. A new LiftMaster opener is replaced very quick and clean. All functions on the new system are better except only came with one remote control. I wish I could be told beforehand for anything less convenient (or has to pay extra to get back) comparing with old one. Anyway, they are a very trustful good company: Professional and providing a very quick and skillful service!"

"Replaced a garage door opener. Very courteous, job was done quickly. They took the time to explain everything to me. They did a great job!"

"Yes, great group of men. Tried to repair first but the Opener was too old. When the new motor arrived they did the job well and quickly. All around good company and good staff. I met the owner who obviously cared about his companyâ s reputation. Iâ m happy with the work and staff."

"Greg was awesome from the initial quote to the final installation. Removal off the old door, installation of the new one and reconnecting the garage door opener only took a couple of hours. Very professional, would highly recommend."

"Overall a good company. Had a few issues and I am still waiting to hear back on some of the issues that need to be resolved. When I put request in through home advisor and scheduled my first appointment I had to take time off work to be home for appointment window. The guy never showed. I called and he did call me back the next day and offered to come out a day later. He said he would offer a discount for the trouble. We originally called for a repair but after consulting with Patrick the rep, we ended up deciding to replace the both our garage doors. When the tech came to replace the garage doors he did a very good job although did not fix some of the wiring issues that I was having originally when I called. I have a call into the company and spoke with the office staff who said they would get back to me but have not heard from them yet. That was just a few days ago. I will update this review if they do resolve my issue."

"Our garage door broke leaving our cars trapped inside. Bigtime Garage came quickly, noticed the actual issues instead of the superficial ones, and fixed them in a way that will last with quality parts. All services were clearly explained and all charges were transparent. We will definitely be repeat customers."

"Excellent service. I was charged a completely affordable and appropriate amount based upon neccesary work. I 100 percent recommend this company. Quote given on spot and repaired at the same time. (Doors off tracks. Hinges were missing unable to open doors FIXED!). Great technician. Friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. I am going to hire them again to install automatic door openers with locks."

"Amazing customer service and promptness. Really took care of our garage and ensured the safety of the installation. They actually came and repaired the door so it was usable while waiting for parts to arrive. I have recommended this company to everyone I know and cannot say enough good things about the service they performed. When I needed my garage repaired, I called and emailed several companies and got nowhere. As soon as I emailed C and W Garage Door, they called me within minutes and offered to come the next morning. The most amazing part was they gave me a price quote over the phone and did not charge to come out of their way. All the other companies had at least a 100 dollar charge just to come and look. I will be using C and W Garage for all my services and maintenance."
