Got 4 quotes and these guys were in the middle. Went with 50 yr GAF HDZ architectural. Clean-up after was great. Company communication was good. I'd recommend them. Had to have 5 sheets of plywood added or replaced. At $75/sheet (1/4 or 3/8") it seems a little excessive but I understand overhead costs. All good."

They replaced all rotten or soft wood which was extensive, a great deal of work. Then they power washed, sanded, primed and stained the house. They brought the house back where it can be maintain properly. They also replaced the roof on her garage.
