"Our brick ranch house was in need of TLC on the old fiber board siding, which my wife and I have painted four times ourselves. We wanted to make the exterior maintenance free with a good quality vinyl siding. We contacted five separate companies, four of which were listed in Angie’s list, to get estimates. The crew (Kevin and Rueben) and Matt arrived Friday and started the demolition on the west side of the house. The whole job was completed by the following Friday. The crew was great. They were friendly and professional, and they worked well together as a team. They answered any question we had and honored any request we made. They also wrapped all the windows and doors with aluminum coil. They transformed the exterior of our home. We are completely satisfied. We comment to each other every time we pull into the driveway how good our home looks now. We still plan on replacement windows and a new back door. "Project went great.  Contractor built a high quality scaffold to reach the chimney and performed the work in 2 days.  The 1st day allowed for the primer and the scratch coat to be installed and the second day allowed for the finish coat.  I asked the contractor to price re-painting the chimney, but his price was too high for me.  However he did offer to allow me to utilize his scaffold to paint it myself.  I appreciated this gesture.  
I have used other stucco contractors in the past and their work failed several years down the road.  Jim Spears Plastering is the only stucco contractor I will use going forward.  Highly recommend this contractor.

"Mr. Reynolds came out the SAME DAY that I called, a Saturday.  It was a day of heavy rain and flooding (and therefore the leaks in the roof revealed themselves).  He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it.  I was very grateful because my home was on the market, and I was fretting over the time and cost of roof repairs.  Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had.  
I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well.  Their side also had soil pipes that needed to be replaced.  The neighbors half was also on the market.  Mr. Reynolds felt an inspector would cite the need for repairs.  I was able to let my neighbor know of the situation so he could check for leaks and not have an unpleasant surprise in his house during showings.
The repairs were completed a few days later.  PSR made the extremely inconvenient and untimely situation as painless as possible.

"I took advantage of the Angie's List deal of $99 for the gutter and roof cleaning.  While I normally do my own gutter cleaning; due to recent shoulder surgery, I am unable to do so this year, so for the price, I couldn't pass this up.  Plus, there was some asphalt roof debris on my roof, thanks to the house next door.  :/  While initial communication rapport could have been better, Mr. Scott made up for it, with timely and frequent communication in the end.  From what I can tell (since I can't climb up a ladder at the moment!), the roof and gutters both appear to have been cleared off all leaves and debris, as visible from the sidewalk and what water is coming out of the downspouts.  Thanks Roofing Service Specialists!"
