"Very happy with service. <br /> He returned my initial phone call within one hour, and made same day visit to diagnose problem. <br /> He could not fix the problem and guarantee that it would be effective.  He said that since I had a good quality older model, which he felt was more reliable than a new washer, he could sell me a refurbished one of the same make/year/quality.  I agreed with him and was thrilled.  The total cost for everything was $225, which could have easily been the cost of the diagnosis and house call alone...very pleased!  The refurbished washer also has a 90 day warranty. <br />"

"The electrician, Tom if I remember correctly, fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. Rickel is a small company and what I especially like, apart from being satisfied with their work more than once, is that they simply come out to look at the problem, no discussion about refundable or non-refundable costs just to come to your home. Consistent with being a small company, a minor criticism is that it wasn't so easy to get in touch with them but it worked out well in the end. Overall, will definitely use again."

"This was by far the best customer service I have received. I walked in with my old vacuum looking to get it repaired. They immediately diagnosed the problem and gave some good advice on the purchase of a new one versus repair. I wasn't ready to make a decision right then. As a result I was offered a "loaner" vacuum until I made up my mind... even if I didn't make a purchase. My wife and I came back later that week and made a purchase. The product we ended up buying is great but the service was even better. I will never go anywhere else for vacuum repair or purchase. <br />"
