There were a couple of heavy traffic area concerns which he cleaned up beautifully. The carpet had a slight dampness after the cleaning (as expected) but was not bad at all. It was completely dry in about 8 to 10 hours. He even provided the two of us water resistant shoe covers to wear around the house until it did dry! "I'm trying to remember, but I believe it was Rich who came out. He was EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable, which I really appreciated. He did a great job and even brought in a deep-cleaning tool at the end for some trouble spots. One of them was an old coffee stain, and although it was still there later I was glad that it looked better and was brought more to the surface so I could keep treating it. Some other spots came back after it all dried, but honestly it was our own fault for leaving them to sit for so long and I don't expect miracles (we have a very light-colored carpet). Overall, Decamps did a great job and the price was excellent!"
