"I can’t say enough good things about Ray Milano and 9 Hammers. I found myself in a genuine bind — an HVAC repair left a gap between my flue and flashing with rain in the forecast and no one willing to help on short notice. After calling around with no luck, my realtor put out a post on a local Facebook group, and Ray responded. He came by that same day, walked me through his licensing and insurance without me even having to ask, climbed up on the roof, and applied a silicone bead to get me safely through the weekend — no hesitation, no runaround. When I tried to pay him, he declined. He simply said he understood how stressful these situations can be, especially for homeowners dealing with hard-to-access roofs. We ended up talking for about 45 minutes. Ray is the kind of person who’s just genuinely warm and easy to talk to — no sales pitch, no posturing. Just a solid professional who clearly takes pride in his work and his reputation. Here’s the thing: this was a pro bono visit. If thi"

"Linda Rominsky Bye BEFORE our Roof was replaced by City Light Construction.Their site manager came and put tarps where it was leaking. He also came and walked the roof with our adjuster. City Light took it from there. Put in their estimate, and it was approved by our USAA insurance. Within days the money for the roof was in our account. City Light took every care to lay tarps and collect the old roof, and cleared all debris. They even took large magnets to scan for dropped nails. They sat and explained the materials they use, which are of the finest quality. The work was done in one day, over the house, and most of our shed. By noon the second day the crew had completed the install. They even painted the furnace stack on the roof black to match the roof. We were impressed with their attention to detail, and everything was done to county construction standards. We are thrilled with our new roof and City Light Construction. We plan to use them for sealing our stamped concrete patio."

"The crew was prompt, courteous and very professional. The patio was eaxctly what I wanted."

I needed Joe and his son Tony on two occasions over the past two months.  Each time, I was met with friendly, on time service and very fair pricing.  Joe is very conscientious about doing a good job, and I like the chemistry he and his son have.  They work well together, fast and efficient.

Joe takes great pride in his work.  Of course, I'm in a rush to get things done, but after a particularly rainy weekend, Joe completed half my job one day and recommended that I wait two more days to let the bricks dry out as the humidity and moisture in the bricks were making the job look presentable but not right.  Joe wanted to do it right, which I respect.

I would use Brick Solutions again and again, and I would have no problem referring them to anyone else.

"It went well. I was pleased with the services that they provided and the plan that they came up with. I had no trouble submitting it to the city in order to obtain a permit. They were easy to work with, even coming out on Saturday or Sunday, or the evenings - whatever worked with my schedule. They are really friendly, helpful and easy to get along with. It was a great experience and I plan to go to them for some additional work that I am planning on doing."

"The technician was very patient, it took almost an hour for us to obtain approval from the home warranty company before he could proceed.  He was very professional, explained what he was going to do, did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards

"I highly recommend Carlos and his crew. We called him to refinish our basement after a pipe burst and flooded the basement. We wanted to replace the carpet with ceramic tile as well.

Carlos was extremely responsive with clear estimates and a clear schedule for completion. His crew arrived promptly at 7:30 am each day and the tiling crew stayed till 7 pm to finish the tiling in time promised. The crew were professional and ensured that the place was left clean and the quality of the work was exceptional.

We appreciated the little touches they did on their own accord (adding door stops to all the doors, moving the cable outlet to the different side of the room where the TV was going to be housed). We are very happy with the basement today.
