"On Friday morning at 9am, I got a call from the tenant in my rental in downtown Fredericksburg that her upstairs toilet wasn't working. She'd tried plunging it, but without success. She said her house was starting to stink and asked for us to get someone over their immediately. I checked Angie's list for a vendor with an A rating and found Davis Plumbing and Heating. I called and by 10am, Sean met me at the door to my rental property. WITHIN AN HOUR. Sure enough, their on the back of our toilet, was a container of wipes that our tenant had been flushing. Sean said they respond to a lot of backed up toilets for wipes. He made sure to get them all and tested our toilet with regular toilet tissue several times to make sure it was working. He cleaned up all drops of water and any mess and left the bathroom as clean as he found it.
For years, we've used a hodge podge of plumbers for our rental property (and our own house) - we'll be sure to call Davis from now on!

He was very quick to answer the line, no digital voice service...I spoke directly to a person who was kind and friendly and very understanding to my situation.
