"Victor did a great job ensuring advance notice of the appointment. Regarding service, Daniel and Eric came out to clean air ducts, but found they were in great shape. After checking all the vents, they would not charge for the work because of the shape they were in. Thank you for your wonderful integrity; it is a testament to the ethical culture of the organization. Had they found it necessary to provide a full service cleaning of the ducts, their estimate provided was very reasonable and less expensive than other companies I checked with."

"Selma and Renata are a great team. I have been looking awhile for conscientious, reliable and thorough house cleaners. We have a big house, 3 pets and often have visitors. I am a perfectionist when it comes to keeping my house clean so I was happy to find Selma and Renata at A Cleaning Service! They clean and sanitize 5 bathrooms, vacuum the carpets and rugs, vacuum and mop the tile in the kitchen, breakfast room and laundry room and vacuum and mop the hard wood floors. They polish all the furniture, clean/dust all the blinds, window sills (for over 40 windows) and dust the lower walls and ceiling fans. They windex the glass top tables. They put new sheets on the bed and even fold the throw blankets and arrange the pillows prettily on the sofas. They dust the wall hangings. The kitchen is sparkling when they leave. If I ask for anything special, they always oblige. There's more but I think you get the idea!"

He had to adjust the date once or twice, but showed up on a Friday and worked through the weekend to get my job done asap. Workmanship is excellent, price is reasonable. They had to install the under tile reinforcement which made this job take longer than previous jobs he'd done for me, but as I watched the process I understood both the extra cost and time required. <br /> I bought the tile and grout and he provided everything else. I am very pleased with the results and think it is money well spent. <br /> His helpers were pleasant and polite and they all seemed to get along and be experienced in the trade. "The owner, along with her technician, examined the floor in my home.  They gave me their opinion of what needed to be done.  This coincided with my opinion of the scope of the work, since I have had that done previously.  She gave me a price which was within the range I wanted to spend.  She came with two technicians.  She made sure that everything was going smoothly before she left.  They came on time.  The technicians performed the work beautifully.  They were very polite and answered any questions I had.  The owner returned at the time she anticipated the job would be completed and inspected the work. <br /> I was very pleased and happy with the work.  They did a better job then my previous company, which I thought was good.   The finished product looked like it did when the marble was first laid.  She also provides a guarantee.  I would definitely recommend New Galaxy floors and will use them again. <br />"

"The estimate was done within a couple of days, and the work was performed with perfection!  Mr. Chavez took his time and measured the deck.  He was flexible on the terms of the agreement and stuck to his words.  Although he and his team were ready to go on schedule, I asked him to wait a few day's to be sure that the deck would have enough time to dry in between daily rain showers.  He stayed in contact with me and performed the job as agreed.  I would definitely recommend him to do work for any and all that need his expertise. <br />"
