"Zacharias Remodeling Construction did an outstanding job remodeling my mom‘s kitchen in July 2025. Oscar, the contractor, was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. His team was meticulous with every detail and always arrived on time which made the entire process, smooth and stress-free. This was especially important to me as I had experienced a contracting company in the past where the workers did not show up on time (or at all), cut corners, and it made for a lousy 2 months. The finished kitchen looks beautiful and without hesitation, Zacarias remodeling construction will be my first call for future projects."

"We found Cal Green Remodeling while searching for companies on google. After meeting a few companies, we decided Shay was the best choice for us. The main reason we went with Shay and Cal Green, was because of his honest appraoch to the the whole process. While it appeared the others were saying what we wanted to hear, Shay told us the facts without attempting to lighten the situstion. For example the timeline with Shay seemed realistc compared to the others and also he provided a very detailed estimate that covered all cost and potential cost involved. Simply stated Shay made us feel comfortable. As we expected, he was the best choice. The process was smooth and Shay kept us in constant communication with updates, and completed the work on schedule. Our kitchen came out amazing and we love it! I would highly recomend Shay and Cal Green Remodeling for your home renovation. Thanks again to Shay and Cal Green Remodeling!"

"We remodeled our home in Oakland in April of 2019. We are more than pleased with the result! The outstanding part of the project was the hands-on work of the team. The project managers were attentive to detail and full of good ideas, too! The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. In every way, the process was smooth and enjoyable. It was our pleasure to welcome them into our home!"

Such a trustworthy contractor is hard to come by, and we heartily endorse them for any renovation project."

"I'm happy to say that over the course of four weeks, S&L Remodeling came into my house and did a superb job transforming my kitchen. I was very nervous to start on a nearly entire interior renovation of our new home. Raz proved to me that renovations can be pleasant and finished on time! When working with S&L you can honestly see the difference from how fast they respond to workmanship to communication. They were so thorough. Raz asked professional questions during the initial visit and I never felt rushed, even with all of my endless questions. I also got some nice quartz countertops which make a huge difference. At some point kitchen cabinets need to be remodeled and I am looking forward to future remodels with them!"

"Plan Perfect remodeled my entire home, safely, on schedule, and on budget and I can recommend them without reservation. I interviewed 4 contractors and Bryce from Plan Perfect was the only one to provide design options and a rough cost during our first meeting. Following selection, he immediately provided a line item cost estimate, making the basis of the estimate, and what was and was not included, crystal clear. Bryce applied for the necessary permits the same day and the permits were received within 72 hours. Plan Perfect remodeled my kitchen, 2 baths, installed new floors throughout the house, and tiled my fireplace. Bryce was available and hands-on throughout the process and the project foreman (Leo) was an excellent craftsperson and problem-solver. The subcontractors (floor, tiling, and stone countertops) were also excellent. The entire team is also very knowledgeable regarding products and provide excellent guidance. I am very pleased with results and love my new home."

"This was our first kitchen remodel. We hired the team at Certetti & Kennedy to complete the job. With their experience of Robert, Matt and Eddie they made suggestions and were extremely helpful, while staying within our budget. Matt Kennedy the team designer, mapped out our small kitchen to make the best use of space while being functional. Now we have the kitchen we dreamed of. I would highly recommend the team at Cerletti and Kennedy for your next remodel or construction project."

"We hire Geico Builders for our kitchen remodeling project, and I'm happy to share my experience: working with Zaya and Geico Builders team was a great decision. They were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Form the start, the process was smooth and efficient. From the design phase top completion, their communication was excellent, and I felt completely at ease with them working in my home. The design solutions completely transformed my kitchen, making it both functional and beautiful. I highly recommend Geico Builders for anyone looking for a stress-free and satisfying remodeling experience."
