I had 5 bids and JP was competitive, but the primary selling point for me was professionalism , communication, and she was not pushy. She educated me on the process and set realistic expectations. Where others contractors were using lower quality materials and cutting corners to reduce estimates. she explained in great detail why the additional repairs were needed and the warranty benefits of the higher quality paint.
