They located the source for our leak which was the kitchen exhaust fan and not really the roof itself. They also sealed up some other vents on the roof, cleared out our gutters and added moss treatment while they were up there too. They got the work done right before some really bad weather so, we really appreciated them fitting us in and the icy weather the following week tested their work! I definitely recommend them and would hire them again."

So nice we received our new roofs right before the fall through spring rain started. "I needed to replace a plastic roof vent that a squirrel had chewed through, allowing the squirrel to enter and exit my attic. The estimator told me over the phone before he arrived that there was a minimum charge to do the job, and I agreed to it. It wasn't excessive. He came out, took a look, and left his bid sheet. On it he wrote that I could replace all of my vents with steel for the minimum price. I thought at the time that they could have only replaced the damaged vent and I wouldn't have been the wiser, but they went the extra mile. Of course I agreed to replace them all. The job was done very quickly and efficiently. It's pretty rare these days to find a company that will do more than just what they need to. I'll certainly use All Surface in the future should the need arise."

Romvil repaired the leaks, re-built rotted out interior and exterior walls, and replaced our interior sheetrock. "Replaced deteriorated exterior siding where needed, installed several new double pane windows, replaced old carpeting with new hardwood floors, coordinated subcontractors for electrical repairs and interior house painting. All work was done professionally and to our satisfaction. Very impressed with Cody's quality management. He inspected all work by his team as well as the subcontractors to verify that the work was done correctly and to his satisfaction. "Errors in the original estimate and following procedures kept raising the cost even when we got bigger and bigger discounts. Rafter work needed to be done and we knew we upfront we may incur extra costs so we gave the go-ahead to fix that--what else were we going to do at that point. The additional work seemed incredibly excessive. When questioned, the salesperson explains there was a set fee per square which included removal of two layers of old shingles, removal, and replacement of sheathing for the entire roof. For the additional rafter work, they were charging the per square rate which we had already paid for...they were charging us for removing and replacing twice. The rafters were exposed and required only the additional rafter work. We were livid. They sent out someone else to negotiate and we still paid more for the extra work than we wanted. I believe the actual work performed was good."
