"When I contracted with Dave, he gave me estimates that included what it would cost if no posts needed replacement or if posts did need replacement. Upon inspection, Dave said that no posts needed to be replaced. He did repairs on 3 posts & replaced the bottom trim on all 4 posts. He then repainted all the posts & fascia. I was so happy with his honesty,work & reliability (he kept all appointments, reminded me when he was coming & arrived on time) that I am contracting with him to do some other jobs around the house."

"Mike removed the old flooring in my kitchen (six levels!) and put down a new sub-floor. He then tiled the floor & put baseboard all around. He did an expert job and it looks great. Mike also purchased all the tile & materials. I had previously used Mike for smaller jobs (replace ceiling fan, fix door, etc) He's a real nice man who does great work. <br />"

"Within the past few years, many neighbors in my development (25-year old homes) had complete tear-out the old and bring in the new kitchen renovations, including a close friend whose kitchen layout is the same as mine. I learned a lot about what's involved with a complete tear-out kitchen remodel: the monetary investment and the headaches of losing the functional use of the kitchen for weeks. I also inquired about the cost of several neighbor's renovations, not including appliances, whom have the similar amount of cabinets/square footage to mine. Their high costs included minimal pullouts. They all kept the same footprint prior to the remodeling, so I couldn't understand why they didn't look into refacing. The layout of my kitchen and the interior structure of my cabinets were fine. I initially had contact with CPOS through Tony, a co-owner, who professionally answered a lot of my questions about cabinet refacing in a trade show setting. I became motivated to learn more. Tom, the other owner and business founder, came to my home. My husband and I were very impressed with him. He spent a generous amount of time answering all our questions and concerns. We were amazed at all that CPOS could do to enhance and improve our kitchen, which included many pullouts, for almost half the price of my friend's and many of my neighbor's kitchen renovations. I feel my new kitchen is every bit, if not more, beautiful. All the materials used are the highest quality. The cabinet panels are wood, I also selected dove tail drawers. The CPOS team was wonderful to work with. They gave me my DREAM kitchen!"

"If you want your in-ground basketball hoop installation to be done correctly, Brad is your guy! He is very knowledgeable about a myriad of basketball hoop brands due to his level of experience. I wanted to surprise my boys & replace their old hoop that looked like it was from The Walking Dead. LOL! He was very patient with my MANY questions. After a ton of research, I decided to go with the Ironclad which can handle dunking & also has an adjustable height. Brad & his crew came out on time & began the removal of the existing hoop after explaining the process. They dug a deep hole and poured lots of cement to make sure that the new hoop wouldn't wobble. The end result was simply mind-blowing! My boys were amazed & even a few neighbors asked for his business card. They were very professional & left nothing behind. I'm so glad that I decided not to go with a local retailer's third-party installer. I definitely will be doing business with Tri-State Assembly in the future."

"We could not be any happier with the work done for us by MK Remodeling. From the first visit to the house, we knew that they were going to be our contractors. Our house is over 100 years old, and these guys know their way around old homes. From our non-level floors to our non-square walls, they had a solution to make our kitchen look amazing. We didn't come across a single problem that they weren't able to solve for us. When I was freaking out because the refrigerator was too big to get into the kitchen through our narrow doorway, we only heard "no problem, we'll take care of it" from them. And the next day, our massive new refrigerator was in place. They worked with a kitchen designer who came to our home to help us with ideas for the space. She was no additional cost, and made computer generated designs/models so that we could see how the space could look in various arrangements. She helped us pick out our cabinets to get the look that we wanted. This project was a full kitchen remodel. They completely gutted the space to the studs, incorporated a computer nook and a closet to expand the space, built a new closet in a different area, replaced the kitchen windows, moved a doorway, and then rebuilt the kitchen up from the floor to the ceiling. These guys have an eye for detail. There were a couple of issues with the cabinets (door stain didn't look right, one door was broken) that when I asked about it, they were already a step ahead, having noticed it themselves and contacting the cabinet maker to set the issue right. It just meant that in the end, the kitchen looks even better than we could have imagined. We always felt like MK Remodeling had the situation under control. Whether it was work that they were doing themselves or work that a subcontractor (electrician, plumber) that they brought in, it was always professional. We had an unrelated old home issue while they were working, and they were able to help us arrange for their plumber to come and resolve it, faster than we could have on our own, I'm sure. The project cost what they had projected, with only one non-budgeted expense when a wall we wanted removed was found to have radiator pipes running through it. They gave us our options, and in the end we opted to pay to have the pipes moved so that we could have our original design. They started the project only after all the cabinets had been delivered, and the project took as long as they had estimated. Equally as important, they were able to befriend our crazy dog, who looked forward to their arrival and attention each day. They were personable and friendly, and after this experience, we cannot recommend them enough. We will go to them first for any future projects."
