"Our kitchen flooded and we were in need of a contractor who could not only make repairs, but also renovate the layout and design of the kitchen/living area. We added new cabinets, countertops and appliances. We also removed a partial wall to open up our living area. Dwight and Stacy could not have been more accommodating and professional. Communication was always timely and efficient. Stacy walked us through all of our options and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She made sure we understood everything about our initial quote, timelines, expectations, etc. Dwight and the team also ensured we understood the work that was being done, and clearly communicated our options as the project progressed. Both are extremely knowledgeable and quick to address any concerns or provide insight. The project was completed on time and in budget. "Tim and his team did an outstanding job remodeling our bathroom. their estimate was very fair and within line of other estimates. He made adjustments for materials he didn’t use and for things that he didn’t do. Tim kept us informed as to when members of his team would be showing up and the work they would be doing in advance so that we could plan accordingly. The subcontractors that he worked with, electrical, plumbing and tile, were very dependable also as to when they showed up and the quality of their work. "Pablo is the best contractor I have ever hired in my life (age 67). He gave reasonable estimates in a extremely professional way. His subcontractors to do the tiling and excavation did perfect work done expeditiously. They were no nonsense but very friendly and were frankly, a joy to have around the house.
