"It went very well.  I was impressed with their process.  First they called and asked to send someone to personally a**** the work required.  The assessor inspected the outside window and inside window while explaining  window terminology and described what would be replaced.  He also was provided a selection of wooden or vinyl replacement windows and found a need to replace a second window.  He explained that he would write up his assessment and that his boss would provide me a written estimate including price and estimated time of work completion. <br />      The next day, his boss called and confirmed what his assessor had reported and e-mailed me the written estimate. I took my time ( three or four days), selected vinyl windows and replied with my choice by e-mail.  The company ordered the windows and called me as soon as they arrived (about three to four weeks).  The owner then, displaying great flexibility called me to schedule delivery and installation of the windows.  Due to two weeks of constant rain, no plans were made to install the windows until the weather was forecast to improve and remain good (sunshine).  The owner provided the name of the window installer.  The installation technician called the following day, introduced himself and worked with me to arrive at a convenient time for me.  The technician was punctual and went right to work, only pausing to go back to the hardware store for window related support items. He worked alone and took him about four hours to complete the job.  No one asked for any payment in advance.  The installer informed me that while  removing a piece of exterior wooden molding he inadvertently pulled out a piece of stucco. He caulked it immediately and explained that he would consult the owner and devise a plan for the repair.  The next day a stucco repair specialist called me and arranged a time that very day to repair my damaged stucco.  He too was punctual and did an excellent job.  The following day, the owner called and  ensured I was satisfied with the work.  I provided me with the invoice as promised with no surprises and I payed him.  This process took about three months but appears to have worked well.  Each person with this company did a great job communicating with me.  Great professionalism. <br />        <br />"

"I received a quote from Ramjack and then Engineered solutions. Engineered solutions quoted a need for 3 piers instead of 4 per Ramjack quote. I decided to use engineered solutions because they looked at the level of my floors inside my house and the piers were to be installed on the outside of the house and not the inside of my basement (per Ramjack). We were scheduled for 8/8/2019 but the gas lines were not marked yet so the date was reset for 8/12. Unfortunately the truck needed work and they arrived at 1100 a.m. They dug the 3 holes and placed one pier until the desired pressure and left at 4pm and planned to come back the following day. They arrived back on 8/13 at 0940 and finished the job that day. The men who installed the piers were professional, explained the process, did not mind my intermittent observations of the work and answered all of my questions. They then left the job site as clean as someone could after using a tractor and covered the site with the dirt. They did this in 93-95 degree heat too. My completed job was $2,212 more than expected because my piers went beyond 21 ft, which is what is quoted. My job required an extra 79 ft. of piers to ensure proper depth/pressure for stabilization. Engineered solutions charges $28.00 per foot beyond 21ft and Ramjack is $32.00 beyond 25ft. The extra costs is mentioned in contracts, so READ your contracts. If I compared total cost with extra feet on 3 piers with Ramjack vs Engineered solutions, engineered solutions was $400 cheaper. I would use Engineered solutions again and would recommend them."

We had a recent hail storm and a rep showed up at our door to offer a damage assessment. <br /> We had considered calling someone after the extensive local storm, but had not pursued it. I was leery of anyone just showing up at the door, but the rep demonstrated his expertise and finesse when he scheduled an appointment with our insurance company on the spot. <br /> On the date of the insurance review, 1 Roof Atlanta's rep spent considerable time with our adjustor. The result was a check on the spot for replacement of the roofing material, less depreciation. (Depreciation would be funded upon completion of a completed work receipt under our "replacement cost" policy terms.) <br /> The work crew that showed for the job arrived bright and early, but their start was put off by a 2 hour rain. They waited patiently to start. I was concerned that the job would be hurried by the delay, but the crew worked diligently well past when I expected they would otherwise leave, finishing up in the dusk. <br /> The finished job was near flawless and better than I had hoped for. There were some nails left in the gutter and garden bed, since clean up had been problematic in the dark. They returned to clean things up. <br /> Subsequent work two months later, when a pine tree fell on our house during a storm, was equally up to snuff. <br /> Bottom line, I recommend 1 Roof Atlanta and Jeremy Durell for anyone's roofing requirements."
