"Totally satisfied with the hydro jet drain cleaning. I recommend VIP Sewer and Drain for quality service."

"Started with my bathroom toilet that would not drain.  I was unsuccessful so call experts,.  they ended up putting a scope and found that my iron pluming was flaking and needed jet blasting to restore to clean.  they asked about our main line.  We usually have trouble every year or so do to a large tree that has roots going into the main line.  They scoped the main line to the street and found a big root in our pipe that took up most of the pipe.  A couple of loads of wash and it would have backed up.  solution was to dig down 7 feet by our sidewalk were the root was and replace the pipe.  When they got down there the replaced the pipe and scoped to the street and found some more roots and it was clay back to out clean out  which was about 15 feet from the first hole.  They could sleeve to the street but we have a weak link in the clay to the clean out.  So we opted to do a non trench, replace the clay, sleeve the to the street and jet the house.

"I had used this company about 3 years ago and was very pleased with the results so when I encountered a problem with my kitchen sink that also has a disposal I called them again. John was out within 30 min. Gave me a quote of 250 to clear the line to the large sink. He went to work and did a thorough job. Sink and disposal are working Great! So pleased with John and his pleasant demeanor and his work. THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!"

"Parker was great. Installation was very well done and looks great. Clean up was very good. Bill Metzger Plumbing arrived when promised. Responded to phone calls promptly and were extremely professional. I had the unfortunate experience of call some competitors who never showed up for an appointment and we recommended by the manufacturer. Wish I had called Bill Metzger Plumbing first."

"Daniel who was our main contact was very informative, friendly and professional!! It was very nice dealing with him, also the other workers that worked on our job were very helpful and friendly"

"I had a great experience with The Sewer Boyz when they came out to locate and repair my sewer line. Jonathan made the whole process smooth and reassuring from start to finish. He took the time to explain how he would locate the line, clearly identified the problem, and walked me through the repair options without any pressure. His knowledge and professionalism immediately gave me confidence. The repair was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. What really stood out was how respectful and personable Jonathan was. He treated my home with care, cleaned up thoroughly, and made sure I understood everything that was done. I truly appreciate his honesty and quality of work. Highly recommend this company. Definitely a 5-star experience!"

"I called HomeX. Oscar arrived on Monday morning (on time). I asked if he would come in and take a look at the two drains affected by the stoppage. He did. I then asked if he had a wire long enough to reach through the branch to the main. He did. They has a special running for $68.00. He ran the wire through the line. The drain was cleared. Read on... Prior to calling HomeX I had called another firm. They came and attempted to clean the branch drain but failed to do so. They recommended hydrojetting and quoted a price of $1800.00. They "came down" to $1200.00 but based an past experience I was uncomfortable with the quote and the result of the initial work. By the way... I held a Journeymans plumbing license in the state of Massachusetts for quite a while and worked in the trades for 8 years. HomeX is a company that can be trusted and I would recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of service work."

"Irish and his associate Ryder were very good at communicating, even over a weekend, and although I initially thought the project was an easy drain clearing, 2 other plumbers failed to come up with an appropriate plan. Ryder made every effort to find a cheaper way to solve the problem, and only when those did not work, did he resort to a more complicated solution and at that stage he also worked to help keep our costs down. I appreciated the timeliness, thoughtfulness, and his clear and precise communication which also highlighted how experienced he was with this particular plumbing issue."

"By far my best experience with a plumbing co. They responded quickly, explained the procedure and problems clearly and cleaned up well after. Very experienced and very reasonable pricing!"
