One thing about Dennis is that he ALWAYS responds quickly. He always answers phone, if I send an inquiry at an odd time at night, he calls us back in the next morning right away. He has a sense of urgency in a good way. Their work is also top notch. Never had to call them for any issues regarding their work. There has been no issue with the heater.
