"The roof of my 28-year-old house was leaking. I called Above-It-All-Roofing and Dave came to prepare the estimate. We went over the estimate in detail and Dave answered my questions. There was no pressure to sign the contract and Dave provided his cell phone number in the event I had more questions. I decided to use Above-It-All-Roofing because they had the best estimate, my sister used Above-It-All-Roofing 15 years ago and she’s happy with her roof, and the company has many positive reviews. The job was scheduled, the workers showed up on time, worked long days, cleaned up each day and finished in 4 days. After they finished, I noticed black flashing was installed. I wanted the flashing to be painted the same color as the stucco, but I did not have the paint. Later, I also noticed some tiles on the lower roof were chipped or discolored. I bought the paint, and I called Dave to schedule a time to have the flashing painted, the chipped tiles replaced, and the discolored tiles relocated. Dave came over with one of his workers who painted the flashing, replaced the chipped tiles, and relocated the discolored tiles. I am happy with the job Above-It-All-Roofing did on my roof and I recommend Above-It-All-Roofing for anyone looking for a roofer."

"Nestor, the owner, was great before, during and after the project. When he first came out he climbed up on my roof and identified the problems right away. He took lots of pictures before, during and after the job since I couldn't get up on the roof (tile is slippery...too scary for me). He was prompt and his communication was outstanding. Finished the 1 day job and cleaned up nicely. Reasonable price but they earned their money. Now he'll come back every year to inspect my tiles to see if any need attention! That's gold! I spoke to another roofer who never went on my roof to inspect the problem and just gave me some ridiculous quote and said it "might" fix my roof. "I have signed a contract with them; they told me a tentative date (when I spoke to Bill Jordan) for around the end of November, and I received a contract in the mail from them requesting a signature. They told me they have to have a contract before they can put us on the schedule, so we signed the contract and faxed it back to them and have found out that the date has been pushed back to the end of December. I signed the contract initially and sent the contract in and asked for an approximate date, and he initially told me they were scheduling us towards the end of November. We faxed our copy back in so we could be put on the schedule, and mailed a hard copy as well. I asked for a signed copy of the contract with a representative signature, but again it didn?t have the approximate dates on the contract and so we asked for it again and received another contract with some additional wording that had the approximate dates but said ?weather permitting?. Now I have a copy with the dates and additional wording that wasn?t on the contract we signed, and I would just like to get the work done closer to the dates Bill said, rather than December 28th. We?re worried about this because of a potential weather situation with El Nino, as we have an old roof and we?re both retired seniors. It?s a small house and a relatively small contract and we would like to have them work on getting us in there earlier, closer to the end of November or earlier if possible. We do understand that these are approximate dates, but the first date Bill mentioned is around the end of November and we would like to see it closer to then or even earlier if they can fit us in."

"I hired Home Renew 360 for attic insulation installation, wood trim repairs and replacements due to termite infestation. Aiden was the project manager for this project. Aiden was polite, friendly and made my family and I feel like he was looking out for our best interest, which was appreciated. Originally we were looking to only have the attic insulation installation done since it was not up to code and Home Renew 360 came up with the lowest bid. However, termite damage was found in the attic and along the wood trim. So I ended up having them treat the attic for termites and repairing and/or replacing the wood trim that were damaged by termites. Once that was completed, they painted the wood trim and completed the attic insulation. There were different teams working on each part of the project and Aiden always communicated the status of the project, which was appreciated as well. The workers were always on time each day and they completed the work to my satisfaction. The only reason why I gave Home Renew 360 four stars instead of five was because after the project was completed, we discovered that both my brother's car and my father's car had a nail in their tires. We were not sure if it was due to the team who performed the wood trim repairs or from team who did the attic insulation installation. Hopefully next time those guys would inspect the areas they worked around to make sure not to leave anything behind that would cause damage to the client's property."
