"The winds blew down a portion of my wooden fence. I was given several referrals from Angie’s List. I accepted an offer from Cobano’s Inc. Benjamin and his staff were out and repaired my fence using existing non-damaged wood and purchasing only what was needed for the repair. The job was completed and my fence looks great! Funny, I received a much higher bid from another company on Angie’s List to do the same thing for twice the price. So be sure to check with more than one company when getting work done even if you are selecting from Angie’s List. I am VERY happy with the end results. The Workers were pleasant and very respectful of my property ! I am happy! I would recommend them to my friends !"

He first painted the interior of my two-story town house with absolute perfection. Since then he has followed up on several repairs at my town house through the years, i.e., insulation, dry wall, pipe-fitting, vanity replacement, and painting which have occurred due to problems created by other plumbing companies. Above and beyond the call of duty, he contacted the company who recently installed a new water heater for me since they did not complete the installation per code resulting in their immediate action to comply. "While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"Jeff Goldman is to home patios as Pavarotti is to opera. He is an artist that is unique in this industry. In need of a new deck, I called three different contractors. One never returned my call. One came out and showed me what I considered to be inferior materials for the project. The last contractor to come out was Jeff. Not only was he on time, but he came prepared. Samples of nearly component that go into a patio cover. Prices. Ideas: originally, we were going to just replace the deck. But Jeff suggested another way to go, that would in effect increase the utility of the downstairs patio. Great idea. And great execution, now that it is built.
