"Sean, from Zoom Drain, was able to clear the blockage using a hydro jet machine. It cleared the line of black sludge that had settled over the years, narrowing the diameter of the pipe. Sean also sent a camera down the pipe after clearing it just to make sure there were no other blockages. Our sink is draining easily now and I would recommend Zoom Drain to anyone with drainage issues. Their service was prompt and on time and Sean followed all the covid safey guidlines while working at our house. However, effort is appreciated and commended because the stench coming from the drain was unbearable. Recommended replacement of santi within wall, and provided estimate. Same procedure was followed to clear clog in sink drain of second bathroom. Although I was disappointed that it was against the service provider's policy to snake the drains from the vent pipes via the roof, one of the drains was cleared, and a good effort was made to clear the other."
