"It was a trying experience. It was hard to get them to call back and when they did call back, it was hard to get them scheduled and get them to show up. We spent a couple of months trying to get them to show up. They have an answering machine instead of a live person answering the phone. It wasn't easy. When they did show up, they did do the job. They did good work, but it was hard to get them here. We have a gutter cover because of the pine trees and they dislodged one of those and we had to get the gutter people to come out and reinstall it. They were not real careful, but the roof itself is good and it doesn't leak. We called a couple of other companies and they were right in the middle."

When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. "The inspection was performed and received quotes additional services like cleaning gutters and such but the prices requestes was way too high to consider using them for this service.
They came back about a month later to fix few loose tiles on the side of the roof. They fixed the cement tile tiles by putting nailed at the bottom of the tiles. Unfortunately, I was not present during the repair of the tiles. I though it was a little strange when I cam back home and saw the result of the repair. I got other contractors to come and inspect the house for other work and they all mentioned this does not look right.
I would not recommend this company. They were ok with price on the original deal on Angie's list but I am not sure how long this repair will last.
