(An out-of-town family emergency caused the no response.) Note: there were negative reviews posted on Angie's at that same time about lack of responsiveness. Once back in touch, we received service and the dishwasher worked well...for a couple days. We called back, had to wait a couple days and had it fixed again. Now, a couple weeks later, the dishwasher has suddenly stopped working and after leaving voice mails we have yet to receive a call back. <br />"
