He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"The company was very great. I can say my experience with them was definitely an "A" rating. I received a free estimate from Michael and as soon as I got the price, I decided to proceed. I had an addition built to the side of my existing home. The process was very smooth, Dina kept constant communication with me and gave me a weekly schedule of the work being done. They did start a bit early in the morning but it needed to be done since I had a certain time frame. Besides the crew being there and working on the construction site, I had assistants from the office stop by weekly to make sure I was happy with the process, and to make sure that everything was moving smoothly. "They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
