3D Concrete Design is a family owned company committed to quality. We specialize in installation of regular and decorative concrete including colored, stamped, and exposed aggregate. We can also transform your existing concrete with decorative overlays and stenciling. At 3D Concrete Design we strive to provide our customers with DURABLE, DECORATIVE, DESIGNS of which we have based our business model on. With our roots in Des Plaines, IL we serve all surrounding areas including Chicago and outlying suburbs with over 30 years of experience. All of our employees are well trained and versed in concrete work. We go to great measures to make sure we are staying on top of new techniques and methods in the concrete industry. Over the years we have provided our services to a growing network of major contractors and homeowners. We are fully insured with general liability and workman’s comp.
"3D installed a paver patio with stairs at our house 11 years ago. They failed to use a waterproof membrane in between the paver stairs and the side of our house. Moisture has seeped in as a result causing our brick wall to crumble. We had 2 brick repair companies come out to diagnose the problem and they both said it was because the company who installed the stairs didn’t put in the membrane. The stairs and bricks need to be replaced and the membrane that was supposed to be used needs to be installed. 3D does not take responsibility for this. The patio is also coming up at the edges in some parts and sinking in other parts. I caution you to not use 3D. The work will look good for a few years but not in the long run and they will cause huge problems to your house because they don’t install properly. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes and poor workmanship."
