He was clear in his communication and didn't mind giving a rough estimate based upon my description along with a picture. We were set back by one day due to weather and he showed up promptly as promised when weather permitted, got the front porch done timely. I also liked how easy it was to make a payment even though I couldn't take time off from work while he finishes the work. Everything was done within a couple of hours. "While I was happy with their work and the final product, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow up. I was stood up several times without any one contacting me to let me know they weren’t showing. Totally frustrated I wanted to speak with the owner or at least the manager to let them know. I called and specifically asked for either one. I was told he was unavailable but was assured he would call me back. Needless to say I never heard from him. After spending $43000, the courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated."

"contacted Gus for recent roof leak; he was here the same day. He first went into attic space (while there he replaced a burned-out light bulb) to check location of leak, took photos, had me view them; then went on the roof. He located popped nails, which he removed and sealed. Took photo of that as well as surrounding area which he also sealed with a product called, through the roof. He came down and told me the roof vent required a cap and said he would return to install it. Once he installed cap, he also took the opportunity to blow the leaves from the gutter. Once on the ground, he proceeded to blow leaves and debris from front and back walkways."
