"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The team is rude and not timely, our account was overcharged and charged to the wrong card and the team has not been helpful. We did not approve the card to be charged and yet the company went ahead and charged it. This company owes us the 50% balance that was due upon fence completion. It has been 50-days and counting since the refund was supposed to be adjusted. We call and email daily, and still no response. "
