"Kollin is efficient and will get the job done—no matter what. He removed carpet adhesive from my new house to restore the original hardwood floors, and it looks like it’s brand new."

Graywood, We take great pride in our experience, expertise, quality and customer service that we provide to meet the consumer's needs. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety and quality, regardless of how large or small the job.\n\nI have a Masters of Business Administration degree which is helpful on the business side. For the work that we do, I learned to work at my Dad's side. I was his Apprentice and still work together on projects today. Growing up, we didn't hire people to do work for us, we did the work. Most importantly my parents taught me how to work and the value of honesty and integrity....and my Mom taught me to have good taste!

"Joseph Schei of Advanced Flooring Design gave us a very fair price for the installation of oak hardwood flooring in our home. He also installed vinyl plank flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. All floors were done at the same time and it took him approximately 12 days which included removal of old floors, moving of all furniture and appliances, and installation of new floors. Joseph is very knowledgeable and professional and we were very thankful for all the great advice he gave us along the way. This was a big job, and he made it happen! We love our new floors and we know we will love having them for many, many years to come. Thank you, Joseph, for all of your hard work, integrity, and all around great character! We have enjoyed working with you and getting to know you. We can't recommend you enough! A+ and 5 Stars from us!"

"Brady came and gave me an estimate.  They were able to start the work the next day.  It went quite well.  They ran into a slight problem in that some of the sub floor came up with the tile.  But it did not result in much of a price increase.  The floor was extremely uneven, but after they were finished, it was even and ready for us to install our floating floor.  They did a great job.

"Justin and his team did a great job on my floors. He was very communicative when the color I wanted wasn’t in stock. I ultimately liked the second color he suggested more."

"Kollin was great about working around my schedule when doing the install process and the new floor looks great!"

"Great! They did a metal roof and it is wonderful looking. Their crew is a great team..."

"Very professional, friendly, and answered all of my calls. Even worked with me to keep the costs of repairs low. We needed a new roof and ceiling throughout the house due to water damage. We expected a long painstaking process, but Roland and his crew took care of us. They got the work done fast and we are ecstatic with the finished product."

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"

"Ash and Jay Construction Services are the absolute best! Arrived to work on schedule. Set up was a snap. Easy to work with. High quality installation of hardwood floors. They cleaned up after themselves. They finished well ahead of schedule. Couldn’t be happier with their work. I am now handing out their business cards. They guys are pros. Very professional and hard workers. They get my highest recommendation possible."
