He was able to come quickly and give us an highly competitive estimate for the work we needed done. And he was able to fit us in his rather busy schedule, which I greatly appreciated.

Jim's equipment is definitely better than any of the Home Depot power washers some providers may use. His equipment allowed him to complete a rather large job in around 5 hours (previously other providers would take 8 hours). It also wasn't so obnoxiously noisy and the end result is our front and rear patio look great!

I highly recommend Jim and will definitely use him again next year!
