Derek diagnosed multiple interrelated failures (holding tank, pressure switch, and well pump motor) and he traced causes back to past undersized replacements (tank and pump) and repair shortcuts (e.g. rewiring to bypass inside control box). Using original specifications for 522' well and for 11 zone lawn irrigation system, Derek installed new, properly sized pump, pipes, holding tank, pressure switch, and control box. This proved an extensive and expensive job (two full days), but thus far we are satisfied with the results. Derek was prompt, knowledgeable, conscientious, and informative. He explained our problems and his procedures clearly and completely often in response to my questions, even as he fixed those problems."

"The work performed was incredible. AJ and his team are real pros. The cost for all of the work they performed was more than reasonable. AJ came out for an estimate and explained the work he was going to do and gave me options on what different things he could do to help me out. He kept my wife and I in the loop every step of the way during the project. In addition, the crew didn't rush the job. They made sure the job was done right. Before the work was performed our basement would flood very easily when it rained. After the work was performed it rained and the basement was bone dry. This was a huge relief. "Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."

"contractor came to the house for free estamet, went over what was needed to solve water problem. endend up digging a trench aroud the whole basement and (on the inside of house) they laid coragated pipe covered it with stone and recemented the floor. These pipes ran too two sump pumps im corner of basemnt.
the workers did a great job, they covered things up, and put up plastic barriers to keep dust out of living areas. they cleaned up when they where done. And all this work was completed in 6 hours. And there work is garunteed. 
We had a few heavy rains since job was completed and not one drop of water.
