They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

Per customer request after contractor declared job finished, pavers joints were sealed with polymeric sand. Also customer had to request finishing transitions between retaining wall and pavers. In summary, contractor is excellent in construction techniques but needed some prompting to make clean, finishing touches. Good communication with customer. Completed job and is responsive to customer requests. Customer is very satisfied with end result."

They removed a huge damaged tree for us, to the point of allowing the 6 ft trunk remaining to hopefully revive and regrow in the spring. Well done, and very challenging work. They also installed an intricate and elaborate drainage for a new lawn to replace an existing drainage system put in by another contract which only resulted in a dead lawn that had been overcome with an even worse water problem.
