"Francisco, the owner, was professional. He answered all my questions competently. I entertained multiple bids for the awnings and he was, by far, the most affordable. There was no pressure to sign a contract like the other three companies that bid the job. His installers were on time, polite and professional. They made sure we understood the “ins and outs” of the awnings. They cleaned up the installation debris before they left. I recommend AwningLux without hesitation. A great job! LH"

"In my 70 years, this is one of the absolute best companies I have dealt with. Ron and Mike are professionals who stand by their product and installation. The product and price are the best we found. The installation was on-time and looks perfect. If you are looking for powered or manual awnings, Awning Star is the place to go! The options are available for any type of installation you desire. Our highest praise for the people and product!!!!"

"Omar of X-treme Awnings was great! Cost of the awning was very good and the awning was exactly as I had expected. He said he’d have the new awning up within a week and it was done in 6 days. He was so pleasant to deal with and so accommodating. Extremely reliable, considerate and timely. Would recommend him 100%."

"I plan on hiring them later this year. I had seen 3 other awning companies. Mike Meadows was by far the most knowledgeable. His fabric selections were the best of the 4 and his suggestions were very good. Only company I had seen that could give me the size I needed (30'long) without gaps or separate sections. Very honest about what would work for us and what would not and reasons why."

"The awning covers they did for us look spectacular."

"The awning was installed professionally and when I realized I wanted it adjusted them came back and took care of it immediately"

"From the very start of our research for retractable awnings, we could not speak highly enough about SPF.. Our salesperson Megan was awesome. Explained everything and answered any questions or concerns we might have. Everything was exactly the way you would expect a company to be. Electricians and installers were awesome! Weâ re so glad we chose SPF. They should give lessons to other companies on how to take care of their clients. We love our new awning! Thank you SPF!!!"

"They were extremely punctual and quick to respond via phone or email.
Everything went as planned.
They passed inspection the first time.  The inspector only asked that I have them come back and add some additional sealant over the screws in the bottom of the windows.  The inspector passed them without them doing that.  He just said he suggested it to make it perfect.  D&D came out the next day and did what he had asked.
I would recommend them to anyone.

"A friend recommended me this company to repair and install some screen mesh that was damaged. Im happy with the final results and the efficiency of his work is brutal. Super recommended."

"Perfectly is the best description.  Due to the scope of the job, it took 2 very full and long days for them to complete the job. But now my home is fully protected from hurricanes. (I also bought impact resistant garage doors, but not from this company because they don't sell them,)
After having an in-home consultation, I went to the company's showroom/production facility, and got a tour of their headquarters.  I learned probably more than I needed, but I was about to spend a great sum of money, and wanted to check out the company in advance.  I needn't worry: their installation was flawless.
They arrived on time, a team of 2 men, who promptly went to work setting out their materials and tools.  They were also dressed appropriately, showing respect.  I watched them install some of the accordion shutters, and saw the workmanship as they removed and then installed the new impact resistant glass at the front door and n the kitchen.  Once the job was completed, they taught me how to operate each shutter, waited patiently as I tested out each panel shutter, and we closed and then re-opened all of the accordion shutters on the house.
As they recommended, a year after the installation, I hired them to service the shutters:  they close and re-open the accordion shutters, lubricate the moving parts, and remove and reinstall the screws in the ground to ensure they'll work properly when needed. I could have done this myself, but I preferred to leave it to the professionals.
I have highly recommended this company to everyone who mentions hurricane protection.  They are dependable, professional, certainly cost-efficient, honest, and I would definitely hire them again if I move.
