"Kevin from Smooth as Silk arrived ahead of time to install our garbage disposal and replace the kitchen faucet. Before starting, he explained how he would complete the work without disturbing the existing electrical installation. Kevin’s pricing was reasonable, and he took the time to explain how my elderly parent can use the disposal safely and efficiently. I appreciate Kevin’s attention to detail, professional care for our appliances and clear communication!"

"Manny was professional, came on time, was curteous, and made the repairs exactly as he promised. He asked and answered questions, his price was terrific, and I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him"

"It went extremely well. The technician from Illinois Garage Repair was very professional and did an excellent job in replacing the garage door opener. He even went "beyond the call of duty" by programming all of my remote controls."

"Arrived on time, no waiting around. Was very polite and helpful, made multiple trips to get the job done to and from my house to the hardware store."

"This company went out of their way to do more than they were hired to do. They found holes and screws that had been inserted in the door frame without caulking, so they repaired them. They are a nice group of guys. They are very fair and their workmanship is top notch."

"Michael and Rose are very responsive and easy to work with. I was completely satisfied with process start to finish. We did not have leave our home and job was started and finished as promised. I did contact other remediation companies, but I did not trust they had the expertise or licenses to do the job. I'm glad I trusted my gut and hired SantiTech Environmental."

"Found company on Angi and met Joseph. He gave us an honest and upfront cost and took the time to explain it to us. We had him replace our very old copper plumbing with pex. He was able to do our heating and electrical issues. We also got an auto fill for our furnace. This man is a total gift. It is so hard to find quality workmanship now adays. We will have him back in our home should we have any further issues."

"Terrible communication. From the beginning to the end communication was horrible. Seemed like a very unprofessional group as far as knowing what they needed to do and being prepared for the job and this continued throughout the 3 days they were at my house. All in all the job got done and the electrician side other than not being prepared or having materials and having constant issues with the parts that they did have and ended up turning out well. The crew was friendly however I did feel unprofessional and not necessarily high quality."
