"Was going to go with Kerl. They know their stuff. However, before I could go ahead with Kerl, my son purchased a boiler for us and arranged with someone he is associated with perform the install. But had son not offered to do this for us, I would have gone ahead with Kerl."

"We purchased a house and adding a whole house water filter was on our list. Our local Orbit dealer performed a free water test and confirmed a that a lot of the junk we had read was in our city water was in fact there. Our previous house also had hard water and we saw firsthand what it did to our pipes and hot water tank. Plus we were tired of a filtered water pitcher taking up space in our refrigerator. Our sales person went over all of the features of the Puronics 7000 system and outlined the maintenance which simple and easy to understand. Installation took place about two weeks later and the guys were done in a day. About a year out and we're still very happy with the improved water quality and the system itself works great."

"Bob is great, I call him for all my plumbing and heating needs.  They are very knowledgeable about your house.  I have used his service for the last 8 years and they are always professional and friendly.  He calls back right away every time which is important when you have no heat and kids in the house.  He also goes way above and beyond the call of duty and gives advice and helps out when he can.  We love this company!!!

"The plumber seemed very knowledgeable in what he was doing Kept me informed on everything he was doing Very nice, professional friendly and at a fair price for his services"

"I?ve had them since I moved in here for my air conditioning and heating system. I?ve been here for 2 ? years. The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."

"We liked their service.  They were on time, pleasant and did the job well.  The workers were very professional."

"With an older heating system to work on Mr Mendez was very patient and returned several times to be sure that everything was going well. He also text to be sure the House was warm and that everything was going well. He explained everything as he was going along I've also recommended that he teach the trade because he patiently worked at it and explained to us everything that he was doing and what was wrong with the system and what had to be repaired. I would definitely recommend Mr Mendez and have done so to friends and colleagues"

"John was great! He immediately responded to my inquiry and was able to get to my house and complete the repair within a couple hours. I was blown away by how quick and efficient he was! I was very happy with his work and would definitely hire him for any future plumbing needs."

"Safeway was one of the few places that we had reached out to who got back to us in a timely manner to schedule routine maintenance for our unit. When the unit totally stopped working the day before our scheduled maintenance, Lou came a day earlier than originally scheduled to see what was going on. Since we did need a new system and it was the middle of winter, we were given space heaters to use for the bedrooms until the new unit could be installed a few days later. Installation of the new unit was quick and everything seems to be working well so far! Happy with our experience with Safeway!"

"They were fantastic. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them to everyone."
