We added a bedroom to our townhouse and Allwyn made it easy, fast, and has an eye for detail that was above and beyond what we expected. He has an eye for details that made the reno completely match the previous townhouse details. He also corrected several mistakes that were made by other vendors, such as where we purchased the windows/doors from, and fixed it before it added any costs and delays to us. Additionally, we had some massive delays due to our inept HOA but Allwyn was able to work around those delays and put in some insane hours to get the renovation completed before our new baby was born. During the process we discovered a lot of wood rot on some major beams on the deck. Vincent without complaining about the unexpected work replaced all these beams and did a wonderful job.
