"Julio came out to look at 2 bathrooms on a newly acquired property. At some point, new caulking had been added between the tubs and the tile and it was chunky and uneven. Julio also noticed that the grout had been painted over. He gave me a fair price to remove the uneven paint and remove all of the unsightly caulking, seal the grout and replace with new caulking. He removed the shower doors so he could do a thorough job. The bathrooms look like new. He returned my call the day that I called, he came exactly when he said he would, called me to let me know how the job was going (including pictures) and left no mess.
