"Dave is absolutely fantastic! Our hot water heater began leaking a small amount of rust water; turns out it was 21 years old. Dave got us the hot water heater we wanted for a fair price. The initial install was going great until he unboxed the new hot water heater only to realize it was completely dented. He worked with us to figure out a solution. He installed the dented water heater, so we wouldn't be without water until the new one could be here (special order). He even offered to allow us to not pay until the second water heater was installed. He is absolutely an amazing contractor and I would recommend him to anyone. "Our septic tank had started seeping into the front yard and we called around to get prices on cleaning out the tank and they were the best price. As we were new to septic tank issues Buddy explained that if it was the drain field it would probably happen again and within 2 weeks it did. We called  them back and they came out and put in a new drain field and took care of the permitting and everything. Buddy also explained what he believed the trees in our front yard were probably the cause of the breakdown in our drain lines so we could prevent an issue in the future. <br />"

"I wasn’t sure what was wrong as I was just hearing a shorting noise from behind the panel and I’d had lights flicker a couple of times so I submitted a quote request through Angie’s List. Total Comfort was the first to respond and told me they could come by next day. They were up front on their service charges. Electrician was by the next day and at first thought everything looked good except the panel and breakers were old and that I might want to replace at some point. We tried replicating the noise I heard so we turned the heat on to draw more power. Issue was coming from the main breaker. He tried to see if they could get a replacement, but it wasn’t being made anymore. As I have been trying to fix up the house to sell, I authorized the panel replacement. He quoted me $1,200 and told me that they would waive the service charge (price was within range of what I saw from other places). He was there the next day and had everything up and running. Price was as quoted and everything seems to be working fine now."
