"Technician arrived on time with a pleasant personality. We discussed the problem and he proceeded to evaluate the dryer. I had researched the dryer and it's cost new as well as cost of parts for heating element. He told me it would be $270.00 parts and labor. It took him 20 minutes to complete job. So I ask him how much was labor cost. At that point he replied $175.00 per job that's the company's rate he stated. We are seniors living on fixed incomes. The part cost $39.00 on line. They charged $89.00 for part. We called company to ask about service attendants fees. They can charge their fee oer job, but the attendant said it was a company policy. UNFAIR UNFAIR. $175.00 FOR 20 MINUTES LABOR TO SENIORS UNFAIR"

Let me tell you I am "mechanically challenged" in just about every way. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"<p>This is the best my AC has worked in a long time.  I have called other companies in the past that  try to sell me a new AC for thousands of dollars, when all I need is some freon and a good cleaning.  This time I called Chickasaw.  The technician who arrived, Joe, was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and honest.  He was more than happy to discuss with me what he was doing and answer all my questions.  It is very nice to deal with honest people who care about me, which seems to be hard to find in the AC repair and maintenance industry.  I explained to Joe that my electric bills were very high, and that my AC was constantly on and not reaching the temperature to which it was set.  </p> <p>He found and fixed three problems.  First, air that was leaking and not making it to the evaporator coils.  Second dirty condenser coils.  And third being low on Freon.</p> <p>Instead of proposing expensive solutions to my problems as some of the other AC companies in town like to do, he fixed the problems at a reasonable cost to me, and is willing to help me keep my AC system for several more years rather than replacing it now which is not necessary.   </p> <p>I also had a good experience with Brad, who came out to assist Joe with an issue.  </p> <p>These guys do good honest work and I would recommend them.<br /> <br />  </p> <p><br /> </p> ,"
